Field Nurse Case Manager

our horizon. We are encountering another exceptional growth spurt and are in need of independent practitioners to assist us in meeting our clients’ expectations.
 

Currently we are interviewing Certified Nurse Case Managers in the central and Western Illinois region to manage and coordinate client needs, performing a variety of nursing skills involved in assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating heath care provided to the client.
 

Qualifications: Registered nurse in the state of Illinois; Certification as a case manager; and 3 years of experience in workers compensation field case management
